BANDIT'S HIDEAWAY

On October 8, 2 015 "Rosie" passed away. For over 14 years she lived at Bandit's Hideaway. I adopted Rosie from "Paws Animal Shelter" in Kyle,Texas. Rosie was pregnant, sick with heart-worms, and living under an abandoned trailer when Paws found her. A week later, Rosie gave birth to seven beautiful puppies (all were adopted). Five weeks later, a litter of two day old puppies arrived at the shelter. Their mother was hit by a car and died. "Rosie" adopted the orphaned, puppies as her own and nursed them until they were old enough to be adopted into loving homes. Shortly after the orphaned puppies were adopted, "Rosie" came to live at Bandit's Hideaway. She received lots of medical care and lots of love and become healthy and happy. Rosie used to run and play near the Blanco River.  She liked to greet guests arriving at Bandit's Hideaway, named after the beloved border collie, Bandit. Rosie passed away in October 2015. We are blessed with Bandit and Rosies' loving spirits. Arabell, a sweet Jack Russell lived here for 6 years. She is with Rosie now. Patty, the hideaway's newest rescue dog, was adopted in May of 2017. She is very special. Life is still good at Bandit's Hideaway!
